Ford Motor Company, The American Road, Dearborn, MI 48025, provides a Limited Warranty on select Ford Performance Parts and as described herein when installed on late model Ford vehicles. This warranty works in conjunction with -- and does not void -- the Manufacturer's New Vehicle Limited Warranty. It is valid for the original retail purchaser of the vehicle and is transferable to subsequent vehicle owners.

Performance Packs and Component Parts

Performance Packs and Components are warranted for factory-supplied material or workmanship when correctly and completely installed on a late model Ford vehicle by an authorized Ford or Lincoln Dealer, Shelby American, Inc., or an automotive service technician certified by the Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or endorsed by the Red Seal Program (RSE). This Performance Packs and Components Limited Warranty begins upon installation and registration of the part(s) with Ford Performance and remains in effect for the balance of 36 months or 36,000 miles / 60,000 kilometres, whichever occurs first, calculated from the start date of the manufacturer's New Vehicle Limited Warranty.

Installation of these select Ford Performance warranted performance packs and components by an authorized installer will NOT void your New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Engine, driveline and suspension concerns not caused by the use of Ford Performance parts remain eligible for warranty coverage according to the terms of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty.

Ford Performance parts are aftermarket parts. The use of Ford Performance parts may impact the performance characteristics of other systems of the vehicle. Even when operating properly, Ford Performance parts, such as these, have the potential to adversely impact other systems of the vehicle. If an adverse impact is caused by a warranted Ford Performance pack or component, the period and coverage of this Ford Performance Limited Warranty applies to the repairs.

Premium Fuel Requirement: Customers who purchase power upgrade packs, cold air kits with calibration, engine calibrations, or superchargers are required to use 91-octane or higher ("premium") fuels at all times. Any failures associated with the non-use of premium fuel will be ineligible for warranty repair.

Performance Handling Pack FR3/FR3A Note: Performance handling packs are designed for "Track Day" ride and handling. Such performance standards suggest the vehicle ride will be more indicative of race performance vehicles. Certain vehicle conditions including, but not limited to, squeaks, rattles and harsh ride related to use of a Performance Handling Pack or components will not be covered under this Limited Warranty. The performance handling pack requires the use of original equipment size wheels only. It is strongly recommended after installation that the alignment be checked to ensure measurements are within factory specifications. Warranty Registration: This Limited Warranty requires that parts must be purchased from an authorized Ford Performance Distributor and installed by an authorized Ford or Lincoln Dealer, Shelby American, Inc., or an automotive service technician certified by the Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or endorsed by the Red Seal Program (RSE). Proof of purchase is required for submission of warranty claims. Fox Suspension Leveling Kits Tuned by Ford Performance

F-150 MY 2015-2019 and Ranger MY 2019

This warranty works in conjunction with -- and does not void -- the Manufacturer's New Vehicle Limited Warranty. It is valid for the original retail purchaser of the vehicle and is transferable to subsequent vehicle owners.

The Fox Suspension Leveling Kits M-18000-F15A and M-18000-R are warranted for factory-supplied material or workmanship when correctly and completely installed by an authorized Ford or Lincoln Dealer, Shelby American, Inc., or an automotive service technician certified by the Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or endorsed by the Red Seal Program (RSE). This Limited Warranty begins upon installation and registration of the part(s) with Ford Performance and remains in effect for the balance of 12 months or 12,000 miles / 20,000 kilometres, whichever occurs first, calculated from the date of installation.

Installation of these select Ford Performance warranted suspension leveling kits by an authorized installer will NOT void your New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Engine, driveline and suspension concerns not caused by the use of Ford Performance parts remain eligible for warranty coverage according to the terms of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty.

Ford Performance parts are aftermarket parts. The use of Ford Performance parts may impact the performance characteristics of other systems of the vehicle. Even when operating properly, Ford Performance parts, such as these, have the potential to adversely impact other systems of the vehicle. If an adverse impact is caused by a warranted Ford Performance suspension leveling kit, the period and coverage of this Ford Performance Limited Warranty applies to the repairs.

It is strongly recommended after installation that the wheel alignment be checked to ensure measurements are within factory specifications. Ford Performance Parts Limited Warranty Supercharger Coverage: Part Number M-6066-M8627 is warranted for factory-supplied material or workmanship for 36 months or 36,000 miles / 60,000 kilometres from the vehicle's original in-service date as determined by Ford OASIS (On-Line Service Information System). Superchargers are covered by this Limited Warranty only when installed by an authorized installer on a 5.0L engine in the vehicle for which they were designed, i.e. the Mustang GT MY 2015-2017 and the Shelby GT MY 2015-2017.

WARRANTY ACTIVATION/REGISTRATION

Warranty Registration: This Limited Warranty requires that parts must be purchased from an authorized Ford Performance Parts Distributor Dealer and installed by an authorized Ford or Lincoln Dealer, Shelby American, Inc. or an automotive service technician certified by the Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or endorsed by the Red Seal Program (RSE). Proof of purchase is required for submission of warranty claims. Registration for this warranty must be submitted through the Ford Performance Call Center at (800) 367-3788 or fwrnty@ with the vehicle identification number (VIN), part installation repair order and date, Ford Performance Parts part number, and owner contact information.

Who Is Covered: This Limited Warranty is limited to the original owner of the vehicle in which the supercharger is installed and who has submitted proper documentation to activate this warranty. This Limited Warranty is not transferable to a second owner and is secondary to all other warranties and manufacturers' recall that may be in effect.

Warranty Period: Select MY 2018-2019 Superchargers Part Numbers M-6066-M8 (Mustang) and M-6066-F150SCK (F-150) (the "Superchargers") are warranted under this Ford Performance Parts Limited Warranty for factory-supplied material or workmanship for 36 months or 36,000 miles / 60,000 kilometres from the vehicle's original in-service date as determined by Ford OASIS (On-Line Service Information System). Superchargers are covered by this Limited Warranty only when installed by an authorized installer on a 5.0L engine in the vehicle for which they were designed, i.e. the Mustang GT MY 2018-2019.

Engine, driveline and suspension concerns not caused by an installed Ford Performance supercharger remain eligible for warranty coverage according to the terms of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty.

Components covered and not covered under this warranty:

Engine Components Covered: Pistons, piston rings, piston pins, crankshaft and bearings, connecting rods and bearings, camshafts rollers, timing chain and gears, intake/exhaust valves and seals, valve springs, oil pump, followers, and lash adjusters. If a failure of any of these parts damages either the engine block or cylinder heads, a remanufactured long block assembly will be provided up to the maximum coverage of $7500.00. Non-covered: Those engine components specifically not listed including, but not limited to, parts, filters, etc., that are required to be replaced as a part of the vehicle's normal maintenance schedule are not covered under this warranty.

Transmission Components Covered: Torque converter, oil pump, governor, bands, drums, planetaries, shaft(s), sprag(s), bearings, shift rail(s), fork(s), and synchronizers.

Non-covered: All-wheel drive vehicles are excluded from transmission coverages under this Warranty. Failure of related parts external to the transmission that cause a transmission claim, including but not limited to, transmission coolers, levers, controls, etc., void coverage under this warranty.

Rear Axle Components Covered: Rear axle, ring gear, drive pinion, pinion shaft, side gears, bearings, bearing cap, washers, slinger, axle shaft, housing and housing cover.

Transfer Case Components Covered: All internally lubricated parts of the transfer case are covered under this warranty. Non-covered: The transfer case housing is not covered under this warranty.

When you present us with a valid, properly documented warranty claim during the Warranty Period, we will replace the defective component(s) covered by this Limited Warranty or, at our option and sole discretion, refund the purchase price you paid for the particular Ford Performance Parts Supercharger Kit purchased. We reserve the right to improve or modify the Performance Supercharger Kit without assuming any obligation to update or replace any previously manufactured or sold Ford Performance Parts Supercharger Kit.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY PER COVERED VEHICLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO $11,500.00 (AGGREGATE). EACH COVERED COMPONENT HAS ITS OWN AGGREGATE VALUE WHICH WHEN COMBINED EQUALS THE TOTAL LIABILITY PER VEHICLE. THE ENGINE IS COVERED FOR $7500.00, $2000.00 PER TRANSMISSION, AND $1000.00 PER REAR AXLE. VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH A TRANSFER CASE RECEIVE $1,000.00 COVERAGE ON THESE COMPONENTS. VEHICLES WITHOUT A TRANSFER CASE FORFEIT ANY CASH REFUNDS OR REPAIR CREDITS. THESE AMOUNTS CANNOT BE COMBINED TOGETHER TO AID IN THE REPAIR OF ANOTHER COVERED COMPONENT. IN THE RARE CASE WHEN THE REPAIR COST EXCEEDS THE ACTUAL CASH VALUE OF THE VEHICLE, WE WILL REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE FORD PERFORMANCE PARTS SUPERCHARGER KIT ONCE THE COMPLETE KIT IS RETURNED PREPAID TO US.

A replacement Ford Performance Parts Supercharger Kit or component(s), which has been installed in accordance with our instructions, assumes the remaining warranty of the original replaced. If a Supercharger Kit or any of its component(s) is exchanged, the replacement becomes your property and the returned Ford Performance Parts Supercharger Kit or component(s) becomes our property.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER/EXCLUSIONS/LIMITATIONS:

AS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FORD SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF FORD CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM ANY STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD AND THE WARRANTY COVERAGE DESCRIBED HEREIN. THIS WARRANTY COVERS ONLY DEFECTS IN OUR MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP, AND DOES NOT APPLY TO THE ORIGINAL FORD EXTERIOR ENGINE COMPONENTS, IGNITION, FUEL SYSTEM OR DAMAGE RELATED TO OR ARISING FROM:

a) USE OF FUEL WITH OCTANE RATING LESS THAN 91 (R+M)/2 (REQUIRES PREMIUM FUEL).

b) IMPROPER INSTALLATION, ABNORMAL OPERATION, ABUSE, NEGLECT, LACK OF MAINTENANCE OR LACK OF FLUIDS, OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM A COLLISION. OPERATION OF SUCH AN IMPAIRED VEHICLE WILL VOID THE WARRANTY. THE VEHICLE OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING NO FURTHER DAMAGE OCCURS ONCE DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED.

c) COVERED COMPONENTS BEING TAMPERED WITH OR ALTERED FROM FACTORY SPECIFICATIONS

d) THE USE OF NON-FORD APPROVED ACCESSORIES, SUCH AS, HEADERS, AIR INDUCTION, FUEL ADDITIVES (IE. OCTANE BOOSTER), CAMSHAFTS, NITROUS OXIDE SYSTEMS, REAR END MODIFICATIONS, AND OTHER AFTERMARKET PRODUCTS.

e) DAMAGE OR ABUSE RELATED TO TOWING, OVERLOADING, PCM RECALIBRATION, MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE, ROAD CONDITIONS, LIFT KITS, OVERSIZED TIRES, AND OTHER NON-FORD APPROVED MODIFICATIONS.

f) PARTICIPATING IN OR PREPARATION OF THE VEHICLE FOR RACING (ON A TRACK OR OTHERWISE), FIRES, FLOOD, RIOTS, ACTS OF WAR OR TERRORISM, THEFT, VANDALISM, NATURAL DISASTERS, AND ACTS OF GOD ARE NOT COVERED.

THIS IS NOT A PERFORMANCE WARRANTY. IT DOES NOT COVER ANY VEHICLE IN WHICH THE FORD PERFORMANCE PARTS SUPERCHARGER IS INSTALLED. IT IS A WARRANTY COVERING THOSE SPECIFIC COMPONENTS LISTED UNDER WARRANTY COVERAGE. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS), LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY; LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; LOSS OF EARNINGS; PERSONAL DAMAGES; PERSONAL INJURY INCLUDING DEATH; PERSONAL EXPENSES (FOOD, ROOM, MEDICAL, DENTAL); RENTAL VEHICLE EXPENSES; TOWING; STORAGE OR ANY OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF THE VEHICLE ON OR IN WHICH THE FORD PERFORMANCE SUPERCHARGER IS INSTALLED OR OTHER PROPERTY.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE ? If a warranted M-6066-M8 or M-6066-F150SCK supercharger component has failed, please contact the Ford Performance Parts immediately at (800) 367-3788 or fwrnty@. You must authorize the repair facility to tear down the component for inspection before we authorize the repair or replacement of a failed component covered by this warranty. If the failed component is not covered under this warranty, the tear-down and subsequent repair or replacement costs are solely your responsibility. ? To obtain warranty service on your vehicle upfitted with a warranted Supercharger Kit, the vehicle must have an operational odometer and have maintenance services performed at the intervals as stated in the Ford Motor Company's vehicle maintenance schedule, either at a Ford dealership or commercial maintenance center. You must present these invoices in the unlikely event of a warranty claim; therefore, we strongly recommend that you retain them for your records. ? You must submit copies of the following documents with your warranty claim: (a) your warranty registration form; (b) the receipt showing installation of the warranted Supercharger by an authorized Ford or Lincoln Dealer, Shelby American, Inc. or an automotive service technician certified by the Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or endorsed by the Red Seal Program (RSE); and (c) all requested vehicle maintenance records. ? YOUR FAILURE TO CONTACT US AND RECEIVE AUTHORIZATION BEFORE ANY REPAIR WORK IS PERFORMED WILL INVALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM. ? The repair facility must complete the repair or replacement based on the written estimate they provide to us. We base labor rates for repair or replacement services on OEM labor time standards.

Consumer Protection Laws This warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada. Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or the duration of implied warranties or conditions so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or province. The laws of the State of Michigan (excluding its conflict of law's provisions) will govern this warranty. The U.N. Convention for the International Sales of Goods will not apply. Any action brought to enforce or interpret this warranty shall occur only in a court of the State of Michigan or in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
