Converting your foreign expenses using

Step 1.

Click Currency Converter

Step 2.

Type the total cost on the receipt in “Currency I Have” to select the currency used in the transaction. USD will appear as the “Currency I Want”.

Step 3.

Change the date to the transaction date. Do not use the current date, as the conversions change daily.

Step 4.

Print the page showing the currency conversion and send this with the receipt and expense statement to the Smart Center.

You will need to use this process for all foreign receipts. If the receipt is not written in English, please translate the expense details.
