Introduction

The CET Board as constituted by the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, is the sole authority to conduct the examination and declare the results. CET is an all India examination for admission in Under Graduate and Post Graduate professional Program offered in-house by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal and by its affiliated colleges.

The information in this brochure is mainly categorized into Pre-examination (Eligibility, Application Submission, Examination Centres etc.), Examination (Syllabus, Pattern, Marks/Score, Model Question Papers etc.) & Post-Examination (Answers, Results, Scorecard etc.) sections.

Note to the Candidates: Before starting the application process, you must:

1. Ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria (given below) for the interested

Program of CET-II 2021.Please study the following table carefully and ensure the eligibility criteria before choosing a Program.

2. Determine the CET-II category you wish to appear for. A candidate is allowed to

appear in only one category examination.

3. Mode of Examination:-The CET examination will be conducted only through online

examination mode through captive location with own PC / Laptop / Mobile (T&C apply for infrastructure and bandwidth which shall be candidates responsibility). The University however reserves the right to modify the manner / method of entrance test , i.e. online / offline

Enrolment: Candidates must first enrol themselves, by providing a valid email address, mobile number. All communications to you from the CET-II Offices will be sent to this address. Also, information may be communicated via SMS on mobile number provided during enrolment.

CET-II Enrolment ID: Upon enrolment, an email and SMS containing your CET-II Enrolment ID and Password will be sent to you. You need to keep this for all CET-II 2021 related future communications/website operations.

Data Requirement for Application Filling: Before you login to CET-II using Enrolment ID and Password, keep the following information ready

1. Personal information (name, date of birth, your personal mobile number, parent's name, parent's mobile number etc.)

2. Address for Communication (including PIN code) 3. Academic details of Class 10th and 12th. 4. Choice of Subject, Choice of College.

5. Good quality image of your photograph with white background along with Signature both within 50 KB size.

6. Details of a valid ID Proof that you will carry to the examination hall. 7. Online Bank Transaction details for paying Application Fee.

The duly filled application form and submitted on-line, is to be downloaded and printed and kept for future reference along with Testimonials.

All candidates must appear for the entrance test.

Candidates should not submit any hardcopy of the application.

Examination Related Information

Eligibility 1. The applicant having passed / appeared /due-to- appear in 2021 at the Higher

Secondary Examination in the General or Vocational Stream under the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination / Undergraduate Programs as prescribed from a recognized Board / University, respectively are eligible to apply. 2. Candidates applying for admission in PG 1 and PG 2 should have passed / appeared in 3 years Bachelor's Degree Program with one of the following subjects as prescribed in the Eligibility Table.

Online Examination will be comprised of 50 questions of MCQ type (2 marks each) and will be of 60-minute duration.

Post Examination Information

CET-II Results

The date for CET-II 2021 results will be announced on CET website and will be available under applicant login. After the declaration of the results, CET-II Score Cards can be downloaded from the website. Post examination and obtaining the rank card the student must finalise their choice of College and Programs on the basis of the CET-II score through Counselling Online/Offline (to be notified later)
