1. Carte de identitate a persoanei creia i se va aloca rol de administrator -- copie i original 2. ?mputernicire din partea instituiei, semnat i tampilat de reprezentantul legal al acesteia 3. Fiierul de export al certificatului instalat ?n prealabil ?n browser, pe suport electronic 4. Anexa nr. 3.3 la procedur -- Formularul de acceptan

Pentru a genera fiierul de export:*) Pentru a obine certificatul digital ?n format fiier exist dou modaliti: 1. se intr pe site-ul autoritii de certificare i se descarc certificatul; 2. se face export de certificat din browserul utilizat: Tools -internet Options ->Content ->Certificates
