Cree Cultural Consultation Process. The training video will be webhosted as well as available as a downloadable file for dissemination. The Chippewa Cree Cultural Resource Preservation Department (CCCRPD) conducts all National Historic Preservation Act consultation within the exterior boundaries of the Rocky Boy's Reservation. The CCCRPD also consults on impacts to ancestral homelands of the Chippewa and Cree people. The CCCRPD provides cultural monitoring services for utility and construction projects on any site that may potentially impact Tribal cultural/ sacred sites.

The training video will be twelve to fifteen minutes in length and include the following concepts: ? Section 106 of the NHPA ? National Environmental Policy Act, 42 U.S.C. ?? 4321, 4331, 4332 ? Archaeological Resource Protection Act, 16 U.S.C. ? 470aa et seq. ? Native American Graves ? Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA) (25 U.S.C. 3001) ? Presidential Execu-
