Halliburton, founded in 1919, is one of the world’s largest providers of products and services to the energy industry. With over 70,000 employees in approximately 100 countries, the company serves the upstream oil and gas industry throughout the life cycle of the reservoir.

As the primary business leader for Corporate Security, I have oversight of Halliburton's entire security posture, by means of implementing total security solutions and leadership across the company’s entire International portfolio, driving initiatives and implementing stringent global standards.

Synopsis of Responsibilities:

• Oversee a global network of Hemisphere, Regional and Country managers and vendors who safeguard the company's assets, intellectual property, as well as the physical safety of all employees and assets.

• Manage Global Kidnap & Response & Executive Protection program.

• Holding Fiscal responsibility for entire Corporate Security Global Budget.

• Manage Security Posture of Companies Fleet of Vessels.

• Identify protection goals, objectives and metrics consistent with corporate strategic plan.

• Manage the development and implementation of global security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of the company’s entire security posture. Physical protection responsibilities which include asset protection, workplace violence protection, access control systems, video surveillance and employee education and awareness programs.

• Work with other executives to prioritize security initiatives and capital spending, managing departmental global budget, based on appropriate risk management and/or financial methodology.

• Maintain relationships with International, state and federal law enforcement and other related government agencies across the globe.

• Oversee incident response planning as well as the company’s global corporate investigations team, with response to fraud, COBC/Conflicts of Interest, and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches.
