Founding Fathers Poster

Due Date:

To expand your knowledge of our Founding Fathers, you and your partner are expected to become an expert on four of the following leaders (two each):

- George Washington - Thomas Jefferson - Alexander Hamilton

- James Madison - John Marshall - Charles Carroll of Carrollton

1) Supplies needed:

- Construction paper - Photos - Glue

- Scissors - Colored pencils

2) Founding Fathers Poster:

Create a collage that represents a minimum of four Founding Fathers. Please include a title for your poster and subtitles for each photo represented. You must include all items from the following criteria:

a. Photo of each Founding Father with his name above him

b. Famous quote underneath each photo

c. Five facts describing their contribution to the formation of the United States

d. Include a photo of the Declaration of Independence

e. Include a photo of the Preamble to the Constitution

Have fun with this activity and give your best effort.

You may be responsible for a presentation to the class at the end of the activity.
