September 2021 The Road Forward Health Screening by Parents & Guardians - Daily

> Masks must be worn at all times - Masks will be available for those who forget

> Room 313 will be the Isolation Room > Dividers and other necessary furniture has been provided

by Pupil Personnel Dept. > Staffed by a Nurse > Air Purifiers have been requested for classrooms without

windows > Sanitizing wipes available for classroom desks > Teachers will be provided PPE

Guidelines for Returning to School Post COVID-Related

Exclusion

If sent home from the isolation room....

Students and staff who were sent home with COVID-19 related symptoms may only return to school after the following (3) criteria have been met:

Students and staff must have all 3 criteria met before coming back to school.

1. at least 24 hours have passed without the use of fever-reducing medications (Tylenol, Advil, or Motrin), other symptoms have improved

2. Written documentation of a negative COVID-19 test is provided.

3. Documentation by a physician; clearing

them to return to school

Bus Masks must be worn on all FTPS busses Place Holders on the sidewalk Main Entrance Bus Staff will release busses Paraprofessionals will support small busses Will be released at 7:15

Parent Drop Off Students 300 Hallway Start entering @ 7:10 Am Place Holders on the sidewalk 300 Hall Staff will monitor cars No Cafe - students will report to their home room
