The Frederick County Fair Grounds, is located on Rt. 11 North of Winchester or via Rt 81 Exit 321 and then proceed Right on Rt. 11 to the Fair Grounds. A sign will be posted at the gate entry. • Registration from 7:30 am - 8:50 am. No cars will be admitted after 8:50 am. Cars will not be allowed to exit the fairgrounds until 3:30 pm. ................
