Petitioner, v. Case No.: CL21-553 JESUS PISENO BALDIVIA ADMINISTRATOR OF THE ESTATE OF KRISTA LYNN BALDIVIA, Respondent.

ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The reason for this cause is that a Petition for Approval of a Wrongful Death Settlement to the Estate of Krista Lynn Baldivia has been filed and notice is being provided to all potential parties in interest pursuant to Va. Code ? 8.01-55, 8.01-296, and 8.01-320 to appear at the Final Hearing for Court Approval currently set to be heard on November 3, 2021.

An Affidavit having made and signed that the potential statutory beneficiary's name and location is unknown as the decedent gave birth to a boy that was adopted directly from a UVA Hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia between approximately 1997 and 1999, it is hereby

ORDERED that the above potential party of interest convene on October 6, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. or soon thereafter in Frederick County Circuit Court located at 5 N. Kent Street, Winchester, Virginia 22601 to protect his/her interest in this cause such that the Court may specify the distribution of settlement funds as it deems just and proper; and

It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in The Winchester Star, a newspaper of general circulation in Frederick County.

The Clerk is directed to send an attested copy of this Order to counsel of record.
