Based on your feedback, the goal of this educational event is to provide the most up-to-date information regarding children with diabetes.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This program is designed for the following health care providers responsible for children in school:
• School Nurses
• Other staff that deal with students with diabetes on a daily basis
Space is Limited to 175 Participants
*Priority given to School Nurses
Learning Outcome
School nurses will be enabled to deliver age-appropriate evidence-based care to students with new onset diabetes transitioning from hospital to the school

Dinner, program presentations, and education materials will be provided.
You will have an opportunity to practice using insulin pumps, sensors and glucose meters.
A product fair by multiple company representatives will take place during dinner.
