I am sending you this letter and flyer to invite to you a Suicide Prevention Training presented by Dr. Ellen Anderson. This training is FREE and there will be

Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) offered for counselors and social workers. Anyone who works in the following occupations: school personnel, human resources, peace officers and other first responders, health care providers, youth leaders, and clergy should attend this important training. We will learn how to recognize the signs of suicide, the risk factors of vulnerable people, and how to help everyone connect to life.

Chances are in our lifetime we will know someone who will consider suicide. The mission of the Ross County Suicide Prevention Coalition is to prevent unnecessary attempts and deaths by helping others to Connect for Life, our logo. This is why we are reaching out to you with this FREE training.

Please mark your calendars and fill out the bottom portion of the attached flyer to register for this training. This training not only includes the invaluable information, but also lunch, training materials, and a lapel pin.
