Event management just got easier!

It's time for your big event! Are you ready? With The Raiser's Edge Event module and app, onsite event management is a breeze, from checking your guests in using an iPad? to taking payments at the door*! When you manage your event with the updated RE:Event? app, all of your check-in and registration information, including onsite payments, will be integrated directly into your Raiser's EdgeTM database.

Organize Your Event

Use your RE:Event module to plan and organize your function:

? Keep all important event information in one place.

? Select from specific event categories for efficient planning: o Holding a sporting event? The "Sporting Event" category allows you to track registration

numbers, team information, and tee times. o Hosting a black tie affair? Easily track dinner preferences and seating arrangements with

drag-and-drop seating.

? Monitor the registration process of constituents from invite to check-in.

? Sort and segment your data by designating a specific campaign and fund that will automatically appear on gift records. Establish how registration fees are recorded, and even link multiple gifts to a single event!

Manage the Details Onsite

On event day, use your free RE:Event app for iPad? to keep things running smoothly.

? Check in your attendees: The app automatically syncs with The Raiser's Edge Event module, so at the end of the night, you can send a thank you to your guests!

? Register new attendees: If a guest has not preregistered, you can enter contact information on-site, and a new record is created in The Raiser's Edge. And yes, records are also de-duped!

Technical Highlights for the Event App

? The Raiser's Edge Event app is available for iPad? only.

? The Raiser's Edge Event module is required to download and use the new Event app.

? The Raiser's Edge Event app is a completely separate and distinct app from The Raiser's Edge Mobile app.

? The Raiser's Edge Event app will not lock a core Raiser's EdgeTM license, allowing for simultaneous use during events without license limits.

? The Raiser's Edge version 7.93, patch 7 is required for Event app payment functionality.
