Loading and strapping down your shipment

1. Please request from your airlines for the usage of Certified Airline Straps (Figure 1)
2. Ensure that strapping is done properly and check that straps are tight before closing and sealing the containers door. (Figure 2 & 3)
3. It is always recommended to properly strap down the cargo to prevent shift and movement of cargo during transportation, which would obstruct the air flow and cause both cargo and container damage.
4. Always have a minimum of 2cm spacing between the cargo and container inner walls/ceiling if shipment height is high. (Figure 4 & 5)
5. Shrink-wrap your cargo if they are loaded loose on the pallet to prevent shift
6. Always load the cargo on a pallet (EUR/US size) to allow proper airflow within the container during transportation (if cargo is shrink-wrapped, the pallet base must not be covered in order to allow air flow along the floor beneath the cargo).
7. Ensure that air inlet at rear end of the cargo space is not blocked by the cargo.
8. Ensure that the fan is not blocked by the cargo
9. Ensure even weight distribution

Note* RAP & RKN t/e containers ? All containers comes equipped with Tie-Down
brackets for straps.
? Door straps can be found on the containers doors to hold them when loading/unloading. (Figure 6)
