Purpose

The purpose of this document is to provide instructions on how to download, install, and activate the fully licensed permanent copy of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 Windows 64-bit version.

Log in to Duke OIT On the Hub website at: Select the Office 2016 product to add to the cart and follow through the order form

When downloading MS Office 2016 for Windows, it is important to select the 64-bit version. Please see the images below for selecting the proper version to download:

This copy of the Microsoft Office suite is a fully licensed permanent copy for one computer device at a time; however, On the Hub gives users access to product license keys and downloads for only 30 days from the date of the initial order on the account. It is important to save and backup all product license keys and downloads via email, external drives, or in cloud storage to avoid loss of important software information.
