Welcome to Kimberbell's Fill in the Blank (FITB) program! Created exclusively for shops, this innovative program will bring customers to your business, both virtually or in person, and have them returning each month for more. Here are the details to help you get started!

What is the Fill in the Blank program?

Beginning January 2021, Kimberbell will offer a Fill in the Blank SKU each month. This bundle includes 25 specific Kimberblanks (e.g. totes, tea towels, aprons, etc. purchased at the regular wholesale price) AND a free, coordinating design for both sewing and machine embroidery. As your customers purchase the Kimberblank, your shop may distribute the exclusive FITB design any way you choose (including digitally)!

How can Fill in the Blank benefit my shop?

Fill in the Blank projects are perfect for embroidery clubs, online classes, make-and-takes, and more. Inviting customers to your shop every month, virtually or in store, will expand your customer base in new and exciting ways! Sewists and machine embroiderers will be introduced to Kimberbell and feel success in trying new products and techniques, resulting in increased sales and machine upgrades. As participants experience the joy of creativityTM with you, they'll become your loyal customers.

Can any shop participate in Fill in the Blank?

Yes. While supplies last, any shop can order Fill in the Blank SKUs from month to month. However, to ensure product availability, we encourage you to become a Fill in the Blank Enrolled Shop. Doing so will:

Guarantee your reserved quantity of each month's Kimberblank and free design. Set you apart as a Fill in the Blank Enrolled Shop on our Store Locator (the link to which

will be included in our direct-to-consumer emails). Lock in your scheduled shipment every month through our Blankship program.

How do I become a Fill in the Blank Enrolled Shop?

Simply fill out the online form at with your shop name, a current credit card number, and how many Fill in the Blank SKUs you'd like each month (quantities of 25). Reservations can be adjusted or cancelled after each FITB three-month cycle. By becoming a FITB Enrolled Shop, you are committing to offering each month's Kimberblank and free design to your customers, whether as a regular purchase or as

part of a club or class. If you have less than 25 participants, simply sell your remaining inventory in store or online.

How (and when) do I learn about each month's Fill in the Blank project?

On the first Monday of every month, you will receive an email from Kimberbell about the following month's FITB project, including:

Professional images of the upcoming Fill in the Blank project. Images of the Kimberblank, including pricing. The UPC for the Fill in the Blank SKU. Links for marketing materials. A fabric cut list (for individual projects as well as a set of 25). Images and SKUs for coordinating embellishments.

What can I expect for the free Fill in the Blank design?

Exclusive Fill in the Blank designs include both sewing patterns and machine embroidery files and instructions. Shops may use either or both! This free, monthly design or pattern may not be distributed before the assigned month or sold at any time. Share these designs with your customers any way you like, including digitally!

What Kimberblanks can I expect?

The FITB Kimberblank will differ from month to month. These may range from a product you're already familiar with to something new offered for a limited time only. Monthly Kimberblanks are not interchangeable. Even if you already have this product on your shelves, you must purchase the current Fill in the Blank bundle to receive the free design. Additional Fill in the Blank SKUs may be purchased through our website on a first come, first served basis.

How do I promote the Fill in the Blank program to my customers?

Kimberbell will provide marketing materials for you to use, including a Fill in the Blank logo and professional images for each project. We will also send a FITB email to our entire customer list, announcing the coming month's FITB project and directing them to the Store Locator to find Fill in the Blank Enrolled Shops.
