The Visa IntelliLink Spend Management Mobile App can be downloaded at no cost from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store by searching ‘Visa IntelliLink Spend Management’.Notes:Users may log-in to the mobile app using the QR code found in the full Visa IntelliLink Spend Management site ( Profile menu > Mobile App > ‘Get QR code’). This is the recommended method for all users, and the only way for Visa IntelliLink Administrators to log-in to the app.Non-administrator users may also log-in to the mobile app using their Visa IntelliLink Spend Management username and password. Users will have the option of creating an app-specific 5-digit PIN for subsequent log-ins. This PIN will be the only thing required for future log-ins to the app. Please encourage users to choose a PIN that is not easy to guess, as the PIN keeps the card data safe in case of unauthorized access to the user’s device.View Card Account Information and Posted Card Transactions. Users of the mobile app can view information about card accounts that are mapped to them, including: account nickname, credit limit, current and available balance, payment amount due, and due date. They can also view and search details of posted transactions.View Account DetailsView Posted TransactionsNotes:The Accounts screen of the mobile app is an information-only screen. Users are unable to code or approve transactions from this screen.Users of the Reporting-only version of Visa IntelliLink Spend Management can use the Accounts screen of the mobile app to track their Visa Commercial Card activity.Code Transactions using Expense Templates. With this release, users of the mobile app can view and code their transactions using Expense Templates. We are working hard to develop these features and anticipate them being included in a future release. Thank you for your patience! Take Photos and Upload Receipt Images. Users will have the ability to take photos and upload images of their receipts. Receipt images uploaded through the mobile app are immediately uploaded to the Image Library, making them easy to link to transactions once the matching transactions appear on the account statement. Link Receipt Images to Transactions. Once the transactions appear on the account statement, users will have the ability to link receipts to the transaction from their Image Library, or directly from their phones.
