Fiserv Inc /Touch Banking" and download You will be prompted for your Virtual Branch (our home banking program)

Logon ID and an App Code. The App Code is "UBTFCUmobile" You will then be asked to answer one of your security questions to verify your

identity Tip: You can always check or change your security questions when signed onto Virtual Branch. They are located in the Self Service tab, and then under Security Information.
