Before beginning work, create a folder on your flash drive specifically for this project. Save all photos, music, voice recordings, images, fonts, etc. to the flash drive. Then choose those items from their locations on the flash drive to place into the presentation. SKIPPING this step will be DISASTROUS! How to advance slides automatically in PowerPointNormally, in Slide Show view you would advance to the next slide by clicking your mouse or by pressing the spacebar or arrow keys on your keyboard. The?Advance Slides?settings in the?Timing?group allows the presentation to advance?on its own?and display each slide for a specific amount of time. To advance slides automatically:Select the slide you want to modify. You may choose to highlight all slides.Click on Transitions. On the right side of the screen, make sure you unclick the box next to?On Mouse Click. Click instead the box next to After.In the?After?field, enter the amount of time you want to display the slide. In this example, we will advance the slide automatically after 1 minute and 15 seconds, or 01:15:00.Select another slide and repeat the process until all the slides have the desired timing.
