ROTARY CLUB CENTRALA tool to help clubs set goals and track achievements in three categories: · Your Club · Service · Foundation Giving One-stop shop, Eliminates paper forms, Fosters continuity in leadership, Enable clubs to track their progress, creates transparency, Showcases the important work that Rotary clubs do worldwide.Who can enter goals? President, Secretary, Treasurer, Foundation Chair, Membership Chair, Executive Secretary. Goals should be set before May 1 of each year (before the start of the new Rotary year.)How to log in:Go to myrotary Sign In / Register with your email and password or “Create Account”In the “My Club Snapshot” section, find “ROTARY CLUB CENTRAL” on the left, middle. Click on “VIEW CLUB GOALS”You can only edit goals in your year and you must be identified with the club position on the website. You should be in “Club View”. Click on your year and “Edit”. Input goals and hit the “Save” button.Your Club: find club data, trends (number, gender, age), goals and progress. Achievements automatically feed into the applicable Presidential Citation.Service: find Service Project and Activity trends. Set goals. To input projects, Click “Edit” Expand Project View and them Expand Project View. Add project title, write a summary of the project, input details on volunteer hours, in-kind donations. When the project is completed, input the actual hours and donations. Check “Achieved” when the project is done. Hit the “Save” button.If you want the project to be listed on the RI website in the Showcase, click the “Share on Showcase” link on the right of your project listing.To view projects in the Showcase, type “showcase” in the search box on the top right on the Home page and search by District, Club, Location, Area of Focus, Zone etc. Foundation: find Foundation Giving trends and progress. Input Annual Fund, PolioPlus, Major Gifts, Bequest Society and Benefactors goals. RI will input the actual results.On the left menu: Find information, brochures, courses in the Resource pages. In the Reports link, find different reports in each tab (Club, Service, Foundation), such as Membership Reports, Interact/Rotaract Clubs, Foundation Giving reports for the club. Check out the “Club Fundraising Analysis” report.Rotary International website: myrotarySign in with your email address and password. “Register for an Account”, if you have never signed in or if you have entered the wrong sign-in info too many times. The User Name or Login password may be different from District’s website password. Email address is from the District’s website, unless you change it for RI. If your email address changes, RI’s website needs to be updated separately.After logging in, the horizontal menu shows you options: Exchange Ideas to find discussion groups, events and connections. Take Action: Information on grants, projects, Rotary Showcase, Peace Centers, Scholarships, Action Groups, Fellowships and Community Corps.Learning & Reference: Information and courses on roles, topics, about Rotary, policies & procedures, documents and webinars. Find manuals, Constitution, By-Laws.Manage: Club and District Administration, Reports, Rotary Club Central, Rotary apps, Brand Central with logos, brochure templates, images, videos. Shop. for supplies and materials (some are free), special offers and Rotary Global Rewards.The Rotary Foundation: Grant Center, ways to donate, Foundation Reports and History. Donate online.News & Media: Presidential theme, Presidential Citation, Rotarian magazine, newsletters, press releases, videos.Member Center: Refer a member, Awards, calendar, Membership materials, Brand Central Home page Snapshot: Go to your Profile on the left to find your donation history. Use the Quick Links on the right to “Bookmark” your favorite pages.On the “News & Media” tab, find “Newsletters”.
