Microsoft Office Microsoft Office is an office suite of desktop applications, servers and services for the Microsoft Windows and Mac operating systems. It includes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote. Microsoft Office is standard on all BCMowned workstations for faculty and staff. Microsoft Office 365 Microsoft Office 365 provides online versions of Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and more (see below). Office 365 is accessible anywhere, anytime from any computer or mobile device with an Internet connection. Office 365 is directly integrated with OneDrive for Business for editing and co-authoring documents. BCM students, faculty and staff can download free desktop versions of Microsoft Office products for home use through Office 365 in BCM Webmail. What's included in Office 365 at BCM?

For Windows: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Skype for Business, and OneDrive for Business.

For Mac: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Skype for Business, and OneDrive for Business.

Eligibility: Students Faculty & Staff Departments

Student Cost: No cost when downloaded through Office 365 in BCM Webmail.

Faculty & Staff Cost: On BCM-Owned Work Machines: Microsoft Office is standard on all BCM-owned workstations for faculty and staff. Downloading Office via Office 365: Windows Mac Mobile Access to Office

1. Go to mail.bcm.edu and sign in. 2. Click on the Dot Grid on the Left toolbar 3. Then click on Office 365 4. Click on Install Office and choose your options ? either install all apps or choose which apps to install. 5. If Office is already installed on your machine, simply open one of the office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and log in with your BCM username and password when prompted.
