P. Rubella ____High fever 2-3 wks, malaise, myalgia, HA, chills, conjunctival infection; maculopapular rash changes to petechae; rarely pruritic.
Q. Streptococcus ____High fever for >3days with no toxic appearance, followed by mac/pap rash on trunk and extremities.
R. Tetanus ____Causes Impetigo at the corners of the mouth and or nose.
S. Malaria ____Are preventable with immunizations.
