CenturyLink, Inc. is pleased to provide you with this Newsletter which provides insights to the company-sponsored plans and benefits currently available. This Supplement provides suggestions on how you can access the currently available benefits best for your situation.

For All Retirees Access your retirement pay information using Mypenpay If you receive a pension from CenturyLink, you can access your payment history for the past 18 months anytime at ctl.. Log on to:

View payment history, payment detail, payment status, address of payment and tax elections.

Make changes to your personal information and payments for the CenturyLink Combined Pension Plan.

You'll need the password mailed to you the first time you access the site. If you have questions or haven't received a password in the mail, contact the Retiree Service Center at 800-729-7526 between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m. CT, Monday ? Friday, except on New York Stock Exchange holidays. Press option 2, option 3 and then option 2 when prompted. Learn more.

Note: The mypenpay site is only available for retirees who are currently receiving pension payments.

Get up-to-date on your vaccinations

Did you know the need for immunizations doesn't end when you are a kid? Adults need to be up-to-date as well. Regardless of your age, you need to be protected against serious and sometimes deadly diseases. To find out which vaccinations you need, click here.

Active & Fit memberships

As a CenturyLink retiree, you can join the Active & Fit Direct program, which offers fitness center memberships to 9,000+ fitness centers nationwide for $25 a month (plus a $25 enrollment fee). To sign up for this exclusive program, you must access the link from the CenturyLink Health & Life website (Upoint).

If you have problems accessing the link or do not see CenturyLink's logo at the top of the page, call 844-646-2746 between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. CT, Monday ? Friday.

Enhancing CenturyLink Health & Life website security

CenturyLink's Health & Life benefit program administrator and website host, Alight Solutions, kicked off the year by implementing a security standard encryption protocol that's embedded in the latest versions of Internet browsers Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. Most people already use current browsers; however, older browsers may not be able to access Alight applications. These include:

Internet Explorer- versions prior to IE 10 Chrome- versions prior to v37 Firefox- versions prior to v23

If you have one of these browsers, you may be prompted to upgrade to a newer version.

Flu season's still here- tips & precautions

For non-Medicare pre-91/ERO retirees enrolled in a CenturyLink medical plan

The flu season is slowing down, but we aren't out of the woods yet. According the Centers for Disease Control, the flu has reached its peak, but that doesn't mean we won't see more flu activity. The best way to avoid the flu is get your flu vaccine. For tips and precautions, learn more.

And don't forget, you can get a flu shot for free by taking this voucher to any Walgreens retail pharmacy, Healthcare Clinic, Duane Reade pharmacy or Duane Reade Walk-In Medical Care location.

UnitedHealthcare plans now cover Shingrix shingles vaccine for eligible members

For non-Medicare retirees

As of April 1, UnitedHealthcare covers the Shingrix shingles vaccine as a preventive service for eligible participants. Shingrix is recommended for healthy adults age 50 and older to prevent shingles and related complications. It is also recommended for adults who previously received the Zostavax? shingles vaccine to prevent shingles and related complications. Shingrix is not recommended for individuals ages 49 and younger. To be covered, the vaccine must be administered at:

Physician's offices. Urgent care centers. Some national convenience care clinics*, including:

MinuteClinic? located in CVS?, Target? and Longs Drugs

Walgreens? Healthcare Clinic RediClinic? located in Rite Aid? and H-E-B? The Little Clinic? located in Kroger? Walmart? Care Clinic National retail pharmacies* that are contracted to administer the vaccine. See for more details.

OneExchange is now Via Benefits!

OneExchange is now Via Benefits! While the website has a new name and look, Via Benefits still offers the same comprehensive tools and support to help you find the health coverage that's right for you and your family if you are eligible for Medicare.

If you have the address for OneExchange bookmarked, you will be re-directed to the new Via Benefits page. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about services Via Benefits provides, call 888-825-4252.

Manage your HRA with your mobile device

For retirees enrolled in Medicare or pre-91/ERO retirees enrolled in the Medicare HRA option

If you are eligible for a Medicare health reimbursement account (HRA), you now have the option of using the Your Spending Account (YSA) Reimburse Me mobile app which will allow you to access, view, and manage it through your mobile device. With the app, you can:

View time-sensitive alerts Check your account balance(s) Submit paperless claims to get reimbursed Submit supporting documentation for existing claims View recent activity and pending authorizations Sign up and manage direct deposit Repay an overpayment

Go to UPoint and click on the Reimburse Me mobile app tile to learn more. This app can only be used for your HRA; it is not for an HSA or your medical coverage.
