Complete the online registration located in Parent Access (PAC) and/or Student Access (SAC) by Feb 7, 2020. This is the same location where parents and students currently view their class grades online. ? Refer to the 2020-2021 Program of Studies for descriptions and prerequisites. Please remember that not all courses listed in the 2020-2021 Program of Studies are offered at TWHS. The courses listed on this Course Information Sheet are offered at TWHS. ? Core teachers will make advisements for next year based on current work ethic, attendance and academic discipline demonstrated this school year. These advisements are a guide; however, parent and student make the final decision regarding course selection. Teacher course advisements will be made during the week of January 21st through January 24th. These individual advisements can be found in Parent Access (PAC) and/or Student Access (SAC) under the 4 Year Plan tab. ?Elective Fair and Incoming 10th, 11th, and 12th Grade Parent Information Night is Monday, February 3rd. The Elective Fair is from 6:00 ? 7:00 pm in the senior campus cafeteria. The Parent Information Night is at 7:00 pm in the senior campus Auditorium. ? Parent/Student Help Session is Thursday, February 6th. The counselors are available to meet with students and parents from 4:30 ? 6:30 pm. This session is only for families that still have questions regarding registration. ? A total of 8 blocks must be selected, or 7 blocks, if you select a double blocked course such as Band or Athletics. Choose a minimum of 3 alternates. ? Verification Sheet will be sent home at the end of March. Course selection changes after Feb 7th, 2020 can be made on the Verification Sheet or a change form that can be found in TWHS Grade Level Office, or on the TWHS Counselor Corner Webpage. Return the completed form with a parent signature to TWHS Grade Level Office. ? April 24, 2020 ALL CHANGES are due!
