ADVERTISING AGREEMENT

VIRTUAL COMMUNITIES, INC. (VCI) is pleased to present the following advertising agreement to SETRPC. 1) The term of this agreement shall commence on December 10, 2008, and shall continue in force and effect until March 10, 2009. 2) At the end of this agreement, The Client will have first right of refusal for renewal of the agreement according to all terms and pricing agreed to by both parties at that time. 3) In exchange for $500.00 net charge per month ($1,500.00 total), The Client will receive the following services:

The first payment is due upon the signing of this agreement. 5) Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Virtual Communities, Inc. and harmless against all loss, liability, damage and expense of copyright, trademark and any other violations or infringements whatsoever resulting from publication, production, broadcast or any other transmission of advertising content. 6) All advertising placed on is subject to the approval of Virtual Communities, Inc., the sole owner of . The owner shall have the right to reject advertising messages in whole or in part. 7) Virtual Communities, Inc. does not warrant that the functions contained in will be uninterrupted or error free. Virtual Communities, Inc. is not liable to The Client or any third parties for lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation or inability to operate even if Virtual Communities, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
