The 30 Second DiSC Test
Notes:
You can quickly determine somebody’s personality type during your first conversation by asking the following two questions:
1. Is the person assertive or reserved?
2. Is the person emotional or logical?

Example: You are speaking with a new client, Jack, on the telephone. During the conversation, you ask yourself the first 30 Second DISC Test question: Is Jack assertive or reserved? He asks a lot of questions and is up front about his concerns, so he seems fairly assertive. You determine that Jack is either a “D” or an “I.”
Next you ask yourself the second question: Is Jack emotional or logical? He uses phrases such as “I think,” and he takes time to evaluate his options and crunch the numbers. You determine that Jack is a logical thinker, so he must be a “D” or a “C.”
Since the common dimension in both questions is “D,” Jack is likely to be a high “D.”
