Editor (4 positions available)Submissions for our issues (published on average once per term) are divided equally between eight Editors and two Executive Editors, who are expected to read and constructively critique their allocated pieces. The number of pieces each Editor receives varies according to their roles and their University year group to ensure that no one is overworked. This will also vary depending on the number of submissions we receive per issue. Editors are given a week to provide initial feedback on each of their allocated pieces. Following this, they are to liaise with their writers over the course of a week via email, offering advice and further edits to any redrafts their writers send during this time.
