If you do not recommend or provide a particular operating model, please clearly state that in your proposal and leave it out of your submission). As full casino style online gaming progresses through the legal approval process in each State and at the Federal level, we realize that it may be necessary to offer various “limited” forms of online gaming as available in each jurisdiction or State that we currently (or potentially in the future may) operate in.For additional clarity, your proposal does need to define your strategy relating to each of the FOUR operating models listed. However, you may define other hybrid models or additional operating models if they are a part of your overall strategy. Cost, revenue models and projections are to be detailed for each operational model you offer. Any change in products, support, services, business partners, etc., between the operational models must be clearly defined and stated in your submittal. For each of the subsections under Sections 4 and 6 of this RFP, please clearly indicate differences in your products, services, costs or revenue under each operating model you offer or propose. It is expected that some sections will require separate answers for various operational models and products you may offer..Play for fun: For purposes of this RFP, we define “Play for Fun” as an operating model that allows us to potentially operate casino style games in a non-wagering manner. This can include virtual currency or other non-wagering revenue opportunities. In this model we would be most interested in understanding the integration that exists to our current casino management system or CRM system. We would be looking for value beyond what we already have available from our website in free online games for customers.PokerThis operating model assumes that a wagering “poker only” variant of online gaming is likely to occur in States or jurisdictions before “full casino style gaming” is legally approved. Full CasinoThis operating model assumes that online wagering and a broad range of casino style games (both traditional table and slot machine type games, etc.) have been approved.Sport BettingThis operating model assumes that wagering on sports is legal and retail, online, or mobile have been approved. .StrategyOne, Three and Five Year VisionIn order to better understand your products, direction and strategy, please provide us with your organization's vision and goals as it relates to the items below for one year out, three years and five years.
