Anastasia ElementarySchool Wide PBIS PlanPBISPBIS stands for Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, and the language comes directly from the 1997 reauthorization of the Individuals with Disability Education Act (IDEA). PBIS and is a framework or approach for assisting school personnel in adopting and organizing evidence-based behavioral interventions into an integrated continuum that enhances academic and social behavior outcomes for all students. All infractions will be thoroughly investigated and consequences will be fair and appropriate as determined by the Student Advisors and Principals. Prior to any disciplinary action by an Advisor or administrator, a conference will be conducted with the student.
