Is there a charge for eStatements?

Founders Online and eStatements are both offered free of charge.

How will I know when an eStatement is available for viewing?

You will receive an email notification when a new statement is available.

How long are eStatements stored online?

Your eStatements will be available online for 24 months. If you would like to keep them longer,

you must print or save them to your computer.

My statement is no longer available. How do I receive a copy?

You can receive a printed statement copy by sending a secure message to an eCommerce

Representative within Founders Online. Click the Messages tab in the left menu, select New

Messages then Account Information Request. Type Statement Request in the Subject field

and include the statement months you would like to receive in the Message field. You may

also visit a local Founders office or call 1-800-845-1614.

Please note: Members are charged $2 per printed item.

Do I need special software to view eStatements?

Yes. Adobe? Acrobat Reader is needed to view eStatements. A free download is available

on .

Can I print my eStatement?

Yes. If you have access to a printer, you may print any eStatement file from a mobile device via an Air

printer, or by using a desktop computer and the Adobe? Acrobat Reader software by selecting the

printer icon in the tool bar at the top of the page. Or, choose the ¡°File¡± menu in the upper-left hand

corner of the screen and select ¡°Print.¡± You may print the entire statement or choose to print a specific

page. Choose ¡°Print in Grayscale¡± to only use black ink.

Can I save my eStatement?

Yes. You can save your eStatement to your computer from the Adobe? Acrobat Reader

software by selecting the diskette icon in the tool bar at the top of the page. Or, choose

the ¡°File¡± menu in the upper-left hand corner of the screen and select ¡°Save A Copy¡±

(Ctrl+Shift+S). You are not able to save your statements from a mobile device or tablet.

How do I change my email address?

Log in to Founders Online. In the left menu select Statements then Member Stmt Options.

Please note: This will not change your email address for Founders Online.

How can I unenroll/re-enroll in eStatements?

Log in to Founders Online. In the left menu select Statements then Member Stmt Options to unenroll

or re-enroll in Statements.

Please note: Members not enrolled in eStatements are charged a $2 Statement By Mail fee.
