Cargo Notification & Delivery Requirements Onegas WestCargo Notification Requirements:Peterson Shipping require notification for the delivery of:Rental/Vendor Packed Equipment and Containers - 2 working days before Vessel Departure.Heavy/Abnormal Loads and Lifts - 4 working days before Vessel Sailing. (Abnormal loads are over 4 tonnes or items requiring special/controlled lift from/to vehicle & vessel.)Notification must be made by:Completing and sending the ‘Shell UK E-Cargo Booking Form’ (IAW HMRC Union Customs Code) to Peterson Shipping (gyhipping@) and should incorporate the Cargo Summary Ticket, Packing List/Manifest/Delivery Note. Cargo Rejection:Peterson (on behalf of Shell UK Ltd) reserve the right to reject cargo if deemed unsuitable for safe Offshore movement or storage, or if cargo does not comply with the aforementioned standards and regulations.These reasons may include but are not limited to the following points:Lack of Delivery Note with package/cargo.No Destination, Purchase Order or Consignee on Paperwork.Packaging is damaged or unsuitable or considered unsafe for offshore transport.Dangerous good deliveries that are incorrectly packaged, labelled or marked.Points of Note/References:It is the Vendor/Contractors responsibility to ensure they are compliant with Union Customs Code regulation as set by HMRC and the Government.
