Making a donation to the Seattle Animal Shelter is one of the simplest things you can do to save a life and prevent pet homelessness.

While cash donations allow us to purchase more pet supplies in bulk, we welcome donations of goods and have listed the items we most critically need to provide quality care to Seattle's abandoned, injured and lost animals.

Please drop off donated items at the Seattle Animal Shelter during regular business hours (Wed-Sun 1-6 p.m.*). You can mail your monetary tax-deductible donation to "Seattle Animal Shelter" or donate online (mailing address and website provided below).

* Please note that we are unable to pick up donations from your home or business.
