1 Create an Account

First things first...to participate in any of the webinars, interactive trainings, and courses, you'll need to create an account. Look for "Sign In/Up" in the upper-right corner of your screen, and follow the prompts.

2 Select a Webinar

Choose the webinar you'd like to participate in and click on it. Make sure you're logged in by entering your email and password.

3 Resigster and Start Watching

If the webinar is launching at a later date, you'll get the option to "Register Now." Click this button to get email updates and reminders to watch!

If the webinar has already launched, you can begin watching right away! Register for the webinar and then click the play button to start watching.

Pro Tip: Download any available worksheets to use as you follow along.

4 Take the Quiz

Hooray! You've watched the whole webinar! Now, click the "Start Quiz" button* on the bottom of the screen to test your knowledge.

After you've watched the whole webinar video, click the "Start Quiz" button on the bottom of the screen to test your knowledge.

Take the quiz by selecting your answers and clicking the "Next" button.

When you get to the last question, select "Check quiz" to see how you did!

*Helpful Hint: The quiz will only appear if you watch the webinar on the Sesame Street in Communities website and not on third party sites.

5 Download Certificate

Congratulations! You've passed the quiz. Now you can download your certificate. Simply click the "Download Certificate" button.

You can also access your certificates anytime by visiting your "favorites" page in your SSIC profile.

Share your certificate with your employer, colleagues, friends, and family.

6 Complete the Survey

Finally, upon completion of the webinar andquiz, you should receive a congratulatory email which includes a link to take a quick survey. Filling out the survey helps us improve our content and make it more relevant to the work you do.
