Look for the MADE IN USA Logo. Some include the flag if the description line gives us enough room. With or without the flag means the same thing. As you know from shopping Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy, etc., USA is hard to find. We try to offer MADE IN USA parts when possible. We rely on information from our many suppliers regarding country of origin, so please let us know if you receive a part we mark USA that is obviously imported so we can correct our listing.

Understand, we offer many correct high quality reproductions and in many cases there is no USA alternative. We just want to offer and designate parts made in our country as much as possible.

Customer Number

Please have your customer number available when calling. If you are a first time caller, once you have placed an order, you will be assigned a customer number for future references. The customer number helps us to identify you if there is more than one customer with the same name. This will eliminate any confusion and allow our personnel to access and process your order more efficiently.

Catalog Number

In order for us to serve you better, please supply us with the catalog number on the front cover or at the top of the order forms in the back of the catalog. This will enable us to send you an updated catalog with your order.

Credit Card Payment Method

If you are planning to use a credit card for payment, please have credit card type, number and expiration date ready when calling so that your order is processed in a timely manner and will not create any unnecessary delays.

SHIPPING

We offer shipping via Fedex, UPS and USPS. We also offer LTL Truck Freight for those items too large for ground service. Freight charges are based on actual weight plus any required special packaging. There is an additional charge for oversize packages. LTL Truck Freight shipments must be inspected at time of delivery.

RETURNS

Before returning any part, you must call us for a "Return Authorization Number." Any package returned without this number will be refused. Please see the "Return Authorization" page in the back of this catalog or on our website for more information on returns.

PARTS

Any part number in our catalog that ends with the letters "GM" is a genuine GM part. If a number does not end with these letters, it is a reproduction part. If a part is being reproduced in more than one quality and there is a significant price difference, we will offer you both choices in this catalog. If there is no significant price difference, we only offer you the best choice! Some reproduction parts are licensed by GM to be GM Restoration Parts, although this does not have much, if any, impact on the quality of these parts. Just because a part is a GM Restoration part does not guarantee that it is the best reproduction made. Even if a part is a GM Restoration Part, it's part number still does not end with `"GM" in our catalog.
