We will conduct interviews during the week of:_________. We will have final interviews toward the end of that week. Hired employees will be on probation for 60 days after hiring is complete. Staff will conduct a checkup/evaluation after 30 days and a final evaluation after 60 days.Required Documents: In order to be considered for this position, applicants must meet the minimum qualifications and must submit a complete application packet which includes the following*:1. Items that are submitted in addition to those listed below will not be taken into consideration to insure equity between candidates.Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications to apply.Must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 at the time of application and maintain said GPA for the duration of the employment.Must have completed a minimum of 12 BC college level credits at the time of application. Must continue to take a minimum of 5 credits during duration of position.Must be willing to interact with individuals regardless of their age, religion, or sexual orientation reflecting Bellevue College’s commitment to maintaining an environment in which every member of the campus community feels welcome to participate in the life of the college, free from harassment and discrimination.Desired Qualifications:Self motivated, and works well independently or with a team.Demonstrated time-management skills, creativity, and organization fortable speaking on the phone, with students, staff and faculty and in front of groups. Knowledge of resources and programs on campus.Demonstrates follow-through and ability to meet deadlines.Must be able to work at least 10 hours per week.Two years of demonstrated clerical/administrative experience or equivalent Skills in establishing priorities.Supervisory and delegating experience.Being able to work (for training purposes) during quarterly breaks.Essential Job Functions and ExpectationsShow up on time and work scheduled hours. Attend all training sessions, meetings, events and activities as assigned for the position.Strength with all Microsoft Office Suite applications.
