Frontline User Guide ? Non PLM/SpEdM Schools

1. Click link to MidState RPC Frontline catalog

2. Locate the exact training you are interested in.

3. Click the title of the training and then, the ENROLL button.

4. You'll be prompted to select a log in method.

5. Since you already use IEP Direct (a Frontline product) you have a Frontline username and password. Please choose I am a registered user and use your log in credentials from IEP Direct.

6. Use "Forgot username" or "Forgot password" on the log in page if this is the case.

7. Once you are signed in, and each time you enroll in a training, you will be prompted to complete the following required fields*:

*Note: if a category is not relevant to your participation, type N/A or select "Other" from the drop down menu.

8. Your dashboard will look like this and you're all set.

Also helpful is the name of the Web Reg site and the title and date of the class will help the person who will be reading your ticket to help diagnose and resolve. **The more information you can provide in your ticket (screenshots are super helpful!) the better.
