Buying this book, studying it and taking the example tests has been a big help for me in getting ready for the General Knowledge Test for my state certification. The author explains test questions, gives examples and explains how the answer is solved. She gives you a self-guide as to which area may be your weakest one when studying for the exam and which area you may want to spend more time studying. She also gives a time-line on how to study to be ready to take the real test. I am learning a lot from this book and it is helping to give me more self confidence about being ready to take the test.

This book really helped! I bought it a few weeks before I took the test. It is a really easy read and it explains everything in great detail. I focused on math, but all sections are really helpful. The practice tests were awesome I passed the FTCE, so good and helpful product. It was also shipped and

delivered quickly!

It was hard for me to find significant details online as to what review books are best for the FTCE. I went with this one because it appeared to be the right mixture of price and content based on what I saw from snippets.After taking the exam and passing on all of the sections, I would say that this book does mimic the real exam well. The only fault is that it does not have a lot of practice exams within it. It would be nice to have more than 1 full practice test but, it should not matter if one takes the time to hone in on their weaknesses after reviewing the practice exam inside.Overall, a great resource and refresher for those who simply need their memory jogged from secondary school topics.

This guide had four major areas: Math, English, Reading, and Essays. The information in these sections contains everything you need to know. It had a diagnostic tool that really lets you focus on what areas you need to spend more time on. Take the exam and then make out a schedule and get busy! There were also a lot of examples, and I loved having the little notes in the margins that give you important information. There was a section that talks about what to expect on the test and gives tips on taking it. To me, this goes above and beyond what you normally find in a study guide. This was a very helpful guide that aligns well with what is on Florida's test.

This book was easy to understand. I purchased it and studied faithfully before the exam. I passed the exam with no problem. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a guide to study for the FTCE General Knowledge!!!
