Latin American Association Invites Community to Latino Day at Zoo Atlanta, Sunday, Sept. 27
What: The Latin American Association (LAA) invites the community to enjoy a fun-filled afternoon during Latino Day at Zoo Atlanta Sunday, Sept. 27, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The afternoon will include special nature and learning activities as well as feature exclusive animal encounters, music, live entertainment and more.
Special activities brought by the LAA include a Latin Groove dance class for kids, featuring Salsa, Merengue, Hip Hop and other styles of dance; Tango, Salsa and Mambo performances and lessons; and a screening of an award-winning Latin American film.
A detailed itinerary with activities, times and locations will be given out upon entrance to the zoo.
Who: Latino Day is hosted by Zoo Atlanta and sponsored by the Latin American Association and Univision 34 Atlanta.
When: Sunday, Sept. 27 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
