SENIOR EVENT PARTICIPATION CRITERIA In order to participate in Senior Events, the following MUST be met:

ATTENDANCE: Seniors MUST have a 95% attendance rate in the spring semester or contract from their assigned assistant principal.

DISCIPLINE: Seniors MAY NOT have ANY EC Assignments (not assigned to EC the week of an event) Seniors MAY NOT have ANY Suspensions Seniors have NO MORE than 3 days of EC TOTAL.

MUST HAVE A ZERO BALANCE ON ALL STUDENT AND LUNCH FEES or an established payment plan.

SENIOR EVENT DATES/AL A CARTE SALES WINDOWS

Senior Night @ Flip and Fun ? April 2020 Seniors will spend an evening at Altitude Spring. The complex will host Carl Wunsche Sr. High School Seniors from 7pm-11pm. * Al a Carte Sales ? through March 25th

Senior Picnic @ Texas Oil Ranch- May 26th Seniors will spend the day at The Texas oil Ranch, where they will be able to participate in activities available at the ranch. Such as Putt Putt, swimming pool, paddle boats, Volleyball, Basketball, soccer and lots of other activities. * Al a Carte Sales ? through May 15th

Senior Prom ? Saturday, May 9th Seniors prom will be complete with food, music, and dancing from 8pm to 12am at The Woodlands Resort. * Al a Carte Sales ? through April 24th

Senior Field Trip ? Friday, May 15- Saturday May 16th Seniors will travel to the Six Flags over Texas in Arlington, TX. Buses will leave the school at 3:30 pm Friday May 15th and return to school around 11 am Saturday May 16th. Students will be in the park from 10 pm to 5 am. This is an exclusive Senior event put on by Six Flags. Student will be provided at late dinner at the park and breakfast when we leave. Students should bring extra money for any other food/snacks and souvenirs at the park We will make a midway stop both ways at Buc-ee's. --We will be taking Panoramic pictures the morning of May 15th after 9:30 am we will allow seniors to leave and be back around 3pm to leave for Six Flags. IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP TO SCHOOL FOR SCHOOL ON THE MORNING OF MAY 15TH YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO GO ON THE TRIP. IF YOU ARE SCHEDULE FOR AN AP TEST THAT DAY YOU ARE REQUIRE TO TAKE THE AP TEST OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO GO ON THE TRIP. * Al a Carte Sales ? through April 15th

OTHER IMPORTANT DATES - May 15th Panoramic Pictures (First thing in the morning) - Graduation ?Saturday June 6th at 5 pm

Herff Jones will be in attendance on November 13th during all lunches with information on rings, and senior products including cap and grown. Cap/Gown/Stole - $53.95

Senior Activities

Please initial each section stating that you understand the rules and expectations for each activity.

Senior Night

__________ I understand that this is a school event and that I am representing Carl Wunsche High School. In doing so I must be appropriately dressed (no mid drafts and short must be the proper length). I understand that if I am not in proper dress I will be asked to leave until I am dressed appropriately. There will be no refunds if you are unable to enter to do dress.

Senior Picnic

___________I understand that this is a school event and that I am representing Carl Wunsche High School. In doing so I must be appropriately dressed (no mid drafts and short must be the proper length). Females planning on swimming must wear an appropriate one piece or a shirt over their swimsuit. If I do not come dressed appropriately I will not be allowed to go on the trip. There will be not refunds if you are unable to attend for dress or behavior.

Senior Prom

___________I am expected to use good judgment and remember that this is a HIGH SCHOOL event when selecting appropriate prom attire.

GENTLEMEN are expected to wear a nice button up shirt and some form of tie. Coats are optional.

PROM DRESSES -Should NOT be shorter than fingertip length. This includes the slits in dresses. -Should NOT be too low cut in the back. Your bottom should not show at any time during prom, whether you are standing, walking, sitting, dancing, leaning, etc;

-Should NOT reveal cleavage. No plunging necklines allowed. -Should NOT have sheer, skin-toned fabric that gives the illusion of bare skin in areas that should not be bare. -2 piece dresses may only reveal 2 inches of skin or less, in the midriff area. Navel must be covered.

Please be responsible when choosing your dress for PROM. If you arrive and your dress is not appropriate you will be asked to leave and not return until you have corrected attire. If you have a question about the dress you might choose, please take a picture with the dress on and e-mail to Ms. Dodd at adodd@. Do not risk being sent home from prom.

---If you are bringing a date from another school, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure they are aware of our expectations. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR EITHER PARTY IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND OR ENTER

Senior Trip ________ I understand that this is a school event and that I am representing Carl Wunsche High School. I am required to wear the Senior class shirt (shirt can not be cut to make it a mid-draft) during to entire trip. I will not be able to attend with out it and will not receive a refund

________ During any event if I am under the influence or expected to be under the influence I will not be able to attend nor will I receive a refund.
