Overview
Some people think they can commit crimes and not get caught. In the activity the students will read real-life funny crime stores. The will prepare a radio or television news report or write a short newspaper article about it.
Students can access all the Internet sites for the Interactive Activities by clicking on Students' Area in the ECB On-line homepage, then click on:

Discuss with the students how criminals get caught. Why do almost all criminals get caught? What makes a smart or dumb criminal?
Give the students the Funny Crimes Activity.

Prepare a radio or television news report or write a short newspaper article about the crime you read about.
Don't forget to include: Who did it? Where did it happen? What happened? In what order did things happen? What were the consequences?
