FUTURE ADVISOR ACADEMY

Pacific Capital's internship program

Created for university students, Pacific Capital's Future Advisor Academy gives interns an opportunity unlike any other. Through this intensive program, you learn the skills it takes to launch a successful career in the lucrative financial advising industry.

Your internship is managed by an Associate Vice President, also a practicing financial advisor, whose responsibility is to ensure you receive the education to help you succeed in the Future Advisor Academy.

You are placed on a team of your peers and guided through the program by a successful, seasoned financial advisor at Pacific Capital. You will assist the advisor with financial analysis, client relations, and marketing as well as learning the integral role of back-office duties and the procedures which ensure a smooth-running practice.

Through training in sales, education in financial products and services, and practice management, you will be well on your way to a successful future, whether or not you wish to look towards Pacific Capital for your new career.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

? Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance Students

? Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0

? Work in our downtown Bellevue or Seattle, Washington or Lake Oswego, Oregon office
