--Go to the Self Service Banner at the top of the screen

--Click on Apply for Admission

--Click on "First time user account creation." Follow the instructions.

Students who wish to take the Junior English 101 will need to check their ACT scores. If they scored a 20 in English and a 20 in Reading, they can register for the class once the application process is complete. If a student scores less than 20 on either the English or the Reading subtest, he must go to GSCC and take their placement test. It is given in room 130 in Allen Hall Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00a.m. without an appointment. After 11:00a.m., you must call for an appointment. 256-549-8497

English 101 is a pre-requisite for English 102.

If a student wants to take a math class at Gadsden State, check the math portion of ACT. If there is a score of 23 on the math portion, a student can register for a freshman math class. If the math score is below a 23, then the student must take the placement test at GSCC.

All students enrolling in Dual Enrollment classes will have to get a Dual Enrollment form from Ms. Arnold and it must be signed by Mrs. Greer. This is to be turned in to Gadsden State by the student when registering for class.

When registering for a class, students must present a picture I.D. (Example: Driver's License.)

Students taking Dual Enrollment classes will have to pay Gadsden State tuition in addition to Westbrook tuition. The GSCC tuition is $396 per class.

There are 2 Gadsden State classes taught on the Westbrook campus in the spring. They are: US History II and General Psychology.
