Cherokee County, Kansas

The Health & Wellness Resource Guide for Cherokee County is a joint

project between the Health & Wellness Advocates of Cherokee County,

Cherokee County Community Behavioral Health Prevention Project,

and the Partnership for All Cherokee County Children (PACCC).

Funding for the Health & Wellness Guide for Cherokee County Project

was provided by a grant from the Community Foundation of Southeast

Kansas (CFSEK) and the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability

Services (KDADS). CFSEK serves to fulfill the philanthropic goals that

benefit the common good and improve quality of life by providing

leadership and programming that is responsive to the interests and

needs of Southeast Kansas.

Health & Wellness Advocates for Cherokee County

Vision Statement: All Cherokee County residents are informed and

motivated to live and adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Mission Statement: To promote and sustain an environment for all

Cherokee County resident to live a healthy, active, happy, balanced, and

productive life.

Partnership for All Cherokee County Children (PACCC)

The mission of the PACCC is to connect Cherokee County families to

resources through education, advocacy, and collaboration.
