(Exception: home Games at Queeny - $15 extra a game for scoreboard out of team kitty).*This does not count toward your Shark volunteer hour requirement*Practices and Games: I will make every effort to get this information to you as SOON as I receive it. You will be able to find it via the Shark Website, our FB group page and email – for sure! Beyond that I am working on a team app (possibly Team Snap or Goal line). If you would prefer a text, let me know, I will add you to a group text. IMPORTANT: I know as hockey parents we are all extremely busy and have MASTERED the art of multi-tasking! Every min is important. So if you leave a game or practice while your child is on the ice, we understand, however, please be back promptly by the end of the game/practice or have arrangements made for your child’s transportation. We do not want any children left behind without a ride. If there is someone that is NOT to pick up or leave with your child and you feel we need to know, please let Lisa know so she can update the contact listing. *If you cannot make a game or practice, please let me or coach know ASAP. Communication:I will send weekly email reminders to keep everyone posted of upcoming dates for the week. I will also keep you informed of the Kitty balance monthly. You are always welcome to contact me at any time for any of this information, you do not have to wait for me to send. Preferred method (or for fastest response) text me. Kitty: We will start with requesting $250 per family. This is added costs that are not covered by club fees. It is possible we will need to request more, if we do not have enough fundraising to supplement. It is also possible that some will be refunded, if we do amazing at fundraising. To enter tournaments, fees are due at registration. That is why we need this ASAP. They support the team Kitty fund. All money raised at the team fundraiser will be equally divided among all families that participated. One individual cannot make more money than another working the same event. Should we have a fundraiser and only a few people chose to participate, the family’s kitty that worked would get equal percentages of any money earned.Some are team, some are individual in nature. Meaning, if we do something together, in person, the profit will be split by the participating team’s family for the kitty. (if 20 people sell 15 candle products, roughly $3600 profit)Football squares – Team Profit TBDQuarters (Optional) - This is played by US at each of our child’s games. For every GOAL we score – everyone participating donates a quarter to our Kitty. If YOUR child scores – you donate 2 quarters.If we get a shut out – Goalie parents donate a Dollar and the team participating parents donate a quarter.
