The iLEAD program provides participants with a job-embedded, authentic, tailored program that will provide them the knowledge, skills, and dispositions necessary to be an educational leader. Candidates will earn a GaPSC Performance Based Educational Leadership level 5 certificate (PBL5) upon completion of the Tier 1 program. The Tier 1 program will prepare and certify candidates for leadership positions in which they do not evaluate other leaders (for example: assistant principal, professional learning director, etc.).
