Community Care Services has been providing outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services to children, teens and adults for more than 30 years.
We work closely with each individual to develop a treatment plan designed to meet their specific needs. Our licensed therapists have experience in all areas of mental health and substance use disorder recovery.

Our Michigan Supported Education Program (MSEP) is the perfect first step for those those interested in pursuing a college degree or attending a vocational school. Michigan Supported Education Program
Michigan Supported Education Program (MSEP) is designed to prepare participants for the rigors of college. Classes focus on areas such as academic skills, study strategies, critical thinking, and computer basics. The program encourages participants to explore career paths and offers guidance to those submitting financial aid and college applications.
MSEP graduates have gone on to earn certificates, associate degrees and bachelor degrees from vocational schools, colleges and universities.
Participants learn how to: ? Manage stress and reduce test anxiety ? Strengthen concentration and memory ? Improve reading and note taking skills ? Develop critical thinking skills ? Explore occupational interests and
develop a career plan
Eligibility
To be eligible for this program you must: ? Have been diagnosed with a mental illness ? Have a high school diploma or a general
equivilancy diploma (GED) ? Be a Wayne County resident ? Be at least 18 years old ? Are active with a Wayne County mental
health program
Sessions
MSEP Summer Session June ? August 10 weeks Meet twice a week for a two-hour class Condensed summer program with emphasis on GED completion. Students can advance to Fall Session.
MSEP Fall Session September ? April 28 weeks Meet twice a week for a two-hour class Full 20-module course. Graduation ceremony upon completion. Note: High school diploma or GED required.
