Further to your request for information dated 10th December 2014, I am able to provide the following response.
You asked us:
1. The minutes from any medicine management meetings held in 2013 and 2014.
2. Any letters sent out to primary care on behalf of the medicine management team regarding prescribing decisions during 2013/14.
Response:
Please find embedded below copies of the Drug and Therapeutics Group (DTG) minutes from 2013 and 2014. There were no meetings of DTG in January 2013 and August 2014. The DTG is one committee with a medicine management role.
