We specialize in the providing; installing Turn-Key Operations of uninterruptible power systems, backed by power generated systems. Here are a few vendors we work with and are preferred installers for: Wheeler Power Systems (Caterpillar), Cummins Rocky Mountain (ONAN), Energy Management Corporation (Generac), Integrated Power Systems (APC/MGE), Technical Building Systems (Liebert), and Computer Protection Systems/Cashman Equipment (Mitsubishi). We are current on our OSHA 10 requirements and have an Army Corps of Engineers Quality Construction Certificate.

❖ Project Completion

Our track record for on-time completion is impeccable without any liquidated damages charged for time delays. Although we have been involved on projects that have fallen behind we always do our best to keep our portion of the project on our schedule with in budget. We do our best to help accomplish this by offering both Safety and Production Incentives on projects which everyone comes out ahead. If necessary for large projects, we belong to the NECA / IBEW which gives us immediate access to a large qualified labor pool of skilled journeyman and apprentice electricians.

❖ Reputation and Workmanship

Our reputation speaks for itself when you consider that more than 70% of our ongoing projects currently underway in our company right now are either repeat customers or referral from past customers. When you combine that with our DFCM rating of 4.68 out of 5, and an EMR Safety Rating of .91 it is clear we strive to be a safe, reputable, high quality, repeat vendor. We are current on our OSHA 10 requirements and have an Army Corps of Engineers Quality Construction Certificate.

❖ Bid (Bonding Requirements)

All performance, and payable bonding for Positive Power, LLC is backed through Blackburn Jones and underwritten through Auto Owners Insurance. We are proud to say in our history we have never had a bond pulled or in jeopardy for any reason. We have the ability to bond 1 million per job and 2 million aggregate. We also carry a 5 million dollar Liability Insurance Umbrella Policy which should exceed most project requirements. Our bonding company enjoys the highest rating given of any surety company. An AM Best Rating of A++.

Additional Qualifications

❖ Thermal Imaging is another area of expertise we have grown in. Several of our existing clients along with referred clients have used us to identify power issues invisible to the naked eye, saving them money by finding potential problems before they do damage.

❖ Fire Alarm Fire Alarm Installations have been a successful addition to Positive Powers expertise. We have enjoyed working with the DFCM, PCI Engineering, and LDS Church on retro fitting new systems. We are often short listed on DFCM Fire Alarm bids.

❖ Lighting upgrades are quickly becoming a staple with our company, it made up approximately 20% of our work.

❖ ARC Flash, Short Circuit, and Coordination Studies: Using UL Listed E-Tap Software.
