GENERAL EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
ATTENTION CONFERENCE EXHIBITORS!
Booths may be set up at Amway Grand the morning of October 25, 2019 and must be removed by the morning of Monday, October 28, 2019. A 6 foot table with skirt and 2 chairs will be provided. There will be an electrical outlet available at each location if available. There is a one time fee of $500.00 for booth rentals for NON Profits and $750.00 for a Corporate booth rental. Space is limited and all booths will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Tables for booths will be set up near the conference registration area of the hotel. If you have any special AV requirements such as phone or DSL connection, please contact: Andrea Scheckel at 616-776-6405 or ascheckel@ Extra charges may apply for this and must be paid by you to the hotel directly. It is suggested that you provide your own extension cords and any other equipment necessary.
**If you plan on eating with the conference attendees, please enclose the additional meal ticket fee of $175.00. **
