FWT Management SA Based near Lausanne (Switzerland) FWT Management S.A. owns and manages the Freeride World Tour () and other outdoor sports properties.

Corporate Mission To structure and manage, on a global basis, the sport competition aspects of freeride skiing & snowboarding, and to help companies and mountain resorts grow and prosper through organizing and delivering world-class sports events. Our specific marketing proposition to the corporate world is qualitative in that our sports properties enable corporations to connect deeply with a specific group of people who can best be summarized by the psychographic: "young-at-heart." Our marketing proposition to mountain resorts is that top events drive people traffic thus fueling local economic activity.

Freeride World Tour (FWT) The Freeride World Tour was launched in 2008 and is now recognized by riders, the ski industry and the media as the competitive pinnacle of the sport. In 2019, the world's best freeriders: men, women, skiers and snowboarders alike, will visit some of the world's most renowned ski resorts in pursuit of the world title. The five-stop Freeride World Tour is supported by more than 60 Freeride World Qualifier (FWQ) events and 70 Freeride Junior Tour (FJT) events around the world.

Deputy General Manager Reporting to the General Manager, the Deputy General Manager assists the General Manager to plan, develop, implement and oversee company initiatives and projects. She or he oversees the company's operations, has budgeting responsibilities and is involved in hiring and evaluating company employees. She or he also assumes the General Manager's responsibilities in his absence.

Deputy General Manager

Responsibilities ? Monitor company's overall budget in collaboration with the Head Of company's departments (Operations, Communication, Sport Development, and Account Management & Sponsorship). ? Monitor company finances in collaboration with Head of Finances and Administration. ? Organize working process in between the Head Of company's departments and lead weekly or monthly coordination meeting. ? Monitor the implementation and proper executions of events operations. ? Manage overall events coordination when General Manager is not on-site. ? Manage human resources and hiring process of new employees. ? Monitor the management of FWT Japan KK together with FWT Japan Managing Director and Head of Finances and Administration. ? Insure application of internal company rules.

Personal Profile ? University or High School diploma in business administration or sport management. ? At least 5 years' experience in business administration. ? Experience in event management. Ideally in the sport field. ? Good understanding of the outdoor sport and event management industries. ? Fluent English & French, other languages also very useful. ? Strong personal and professional link with the sport world. ? Experience of living and working on an international basis.
